I agree, But I rather think that the “application of technology” is the metaphorical fine tuner. If your technology is the hisptamatic editor on the iPhone, that’s the equivalent of a plastic, target brand screwdriver.

My city snowstorm: underground powerlines, commuting by foot and rail, waterproof Ralph Lauren boots, feeling invincible even this morning, where I found myself at 7am commuting from a dupont apartment to my own apartment, holding a grudge against OPM (that I will later rescind - I am perfectly happy getting paid to be hungover with my laptop on my lap in my bed).
